The following terminology and principles of interpretation govern these Terms and Conditions:
These are the terms and conditions for company services. Please carefully consider these Terms & Conditions before signing the Agreement. These Terms and Conditions describe who we are, how we will provide you with our services, what to do if a problem develops, and other essential information. If you feel any issue with these terms, please submit feedback to customer service. In addition, we may be penalized against your misbehavior over the data application procedure.
I. Upload Data
1.1) Account needs to retain $100 to reset data.
1.2) Once all data has been done, users should apply for a full withdrawal and receive the withdrawal amount before they can request to reset their account.
II. Withdrawal
2.1) After completing all data, users may apply for full withdrawal.
2.2) Withdrawal or refund is not available in the middle of the Upload process.
2.3) The maximum withdrawal amount is USD 30,000 for Normal users, USD 50,000 for Gold users, USD 200,000 for Platinum membership, and no maximum withdrawal amount for Crown membership.
2.4) Users are required to submit withdrawal requests on the profile page to receive payment.
2.5) For the first withdrawal, the account needs to retain $50.
2.6) Users are allowed a maximum of 3 times withdrawals in a day
2.7) User's account exceeds $10,000 of the total balance, the system will automatically upgrade the user to become a Crown Member. Users can enjoy the benefits of Crown Membership
2.8) Crown members can make deposits and withdrawals through wire transfers without any limit
III. Funds
3.1) All funds of the user will be safely kept in the user's account and can be requested to withdraw the full amount once data has been completed.
3.2) To avoid any loss of funds, all funds will be processed by the system and not manually.
3.3) If there is any unexpected loss of funds, the platform will assume all responsibility.
3.4) Withdrawal via bank wire transfer is only available to Crown users.
IV. Account Security
4.1) Please do not disclose any passwords to others, if it causes any loss, the company will not be responsible for any loss.
4.2) Users are not recommended to set their birthday password, ID card number, or cell phone number as a withdrawal password or login password.
4.3) Login password or withdrawal password may be reset by contacting online customer service if forgotten.
4.4) User and Business Non-Disclosure Agreement, users are not allowed to work for two data companies at the same time.
4.4.1) The data to be completed on the company is real-time data done by real users. Therefore, the users must ensure data confidentiality with the company.
4.5) The company users can only have a personal account (except the training account), if the user is found in the company to register multiple accounts additional farm commission leads to the destruction of the authenticity of the data, once detected by our system, we will freeze the users account, and according to the extent of the destruction of the penalties or take legal action.
V. Application
5.1) Normal users will be paid 0.5% for each upload. Gold users will be paid 0.6% for each upload.
5.2) Platinum users will be paid 0.8% for each. Crown users will be paid 1% for each upload.
5.3) Each completed data will have funds and rewards returned to the user's account on the spot.
5.4) The system will randomly assign data to the user's account according to the total amount on the user's account.
5.5) A set of data will be assigned as normal data and combination data. An additional combination data may be assigned to the Crown membership level.
5.6) Once the data has been assigned to the user's account, it cannot be canceled or skipped.
5.7) To protect the user's benefits, the amount of the data will be increased according to the total account balance, and so will the earnings!
VI. Combination data
6.1) Normal users will get 10% for each order in the combination. Gold users will get 12% for each order in the combination.
6.2) Platinum users get 16% for each order in the combination. Crown users get 20% for each order in the combination.
6.3) By combining each app in the combination data, the user will receive x20 times the profit of the normal data.
6.4) The system will randomly assign 0-3 combinations in a set of data, combination are made up of 1 to 3 apps, and the user has a higher chance to get 1 or 2 combination in a combination data if the 3rd combination data has low chances.
6.5) Once users receive combinations, funds will not be refunded to the account instantly and will be only returned to the account upon completion of each order in the combination data.
6.6) The system will randomly assign combinations based on a range of the total balance of the user's account.
6.7) Once the combinations are assigned to the user's account, they cannot be canceled or skipped.
VII. Recharge
7.1) The amount of recharge is the user's choice, we cannot decide the amount of recharge for the user, we suggest the user recharge according to their ability or after being familiar with the company's work process.
7.2) If a user needs to recharge due to a combination, we recommend that the user recharge according to the combination data amount shown on the Uploading page.
7.3) Before making a recharge, the user must request and confirm the wallet address from live customer support.
7.4) If the user recharges to the wrong wallet address, the company will not be liable for any loss.
VIII. App Merchant and Coop's
8.1) There are different data updated on the company website every minute, data that has not been uploaded for a long period will cause data failure to be uploaded to the system. To protect the merchant's credibility, users are required to complete the data within a day. Failure to do so may result in a complaint from the merchant and the account will be frozen and get a penalty!
8.2) If you are unable to complete the data on the same day, please contact customer service to postpone the data. App merchants and publishers will be unable to continue data, thus affecting the progress of App merchants. It is recommended that users complete all data and request returns as soon as possible to avoid affecting the progress of the App merchants
8.3) The client will provide a wallet address for users to make recharges.
8.4) Any delay in uploading fulfillment may adversely affect the App Merchant and the process
8.5) Users can apply withdrawal after completing every set of data. The data uploaded on the same day does not need to be reviewed by the merchant. If users upload data beyond 24 hours, users need to wait for the application merchant to review it successfully before applying withdrawal
IX. Referral
9.1) New users can only invite other users after 10 days of registration or after upgrading to Gold Member by using the invitation quota.
9.2) If the account does not complete all the data, users will not be able to invite other users.
9.3) Once the invitation quota has been used, it takes 10 days to renew the invitation quota.
9.4) New users invited by the user will be able to get 20% of the profit from their new users, but this benefit will be approved only after the new user becomes a regular employee.
X. Extension
10.1) Company and Merchants usually approve the first extension for a week.
10.2) Users have to provide personal country Identity or Driver License to request the second extension.
10.3) Users have to submit 50% of the combination data amount to request the third extension. Company and Merchants will accept one month extension for users.
XI. Merchant Assistance
To apply for merchant assistance, users are required to provide a driver's licence or ID card, and the applying merchant will review your credit score to determine how much fund assistance to provide to the user. The application is free and all the user needs to do is complete the data to repay the merchant assistance funds to the merchant.
XII. Taxation
11.1) When the account funds reach the tax threshold (over 10K), you must comply with US tax regulations, pay attention to account funds and income, and fulfill tax obligations.
11.2) The company will refund the taxes paid. Provide a detailed home address within 48 hours after the refund is completed so that you can receive a tax certificate for registration with the local tax bureau.
11.3) Cryptocurrency taxation is different from fiat currency. Failure to comply with the company tax requirements will result in funds being considered illegal and non-circulating. The company ensures compliance to avoid such problems.

XIII. Operation time
11.1) Company operating hours are 10:00 to 10:00.
11.2) Online customer service operating hours 10:00 to 10:00.
11.3) Company withdrawal time 10:00 to 10:00.
Note: You are jointly and severally liable for your duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, including your liabilities, if there is more than one Merchant. This implies that we may pursue our rights against you for any violation of this Agreement by taking extra action against your conduct. Our continual assumption is that our agents will pay attention and cooperate with us.
The corporation has the right to add to or amend the terms of the agreement.
